All quotes or estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise.
Quotes are based on information provided by the customer. If additional work or materials are required upon inspection, we will inform you and seek approval before proceeding.
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website contact form.
While we strive to attend all appointments on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, emergencies, weather) may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
You must ensure safe access to the property for our engineers to carry out the required work.
Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless a prior written agreement has been made.
We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or major debit/credit cards.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee to cover travel and time expenses.
In cases of emergency call-outs, cancellation fees may still apply once an engineer has been dispatched.
We offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services in London.
Emergency call-out charges are higher than standard hourly rates and will be clearly communicated before dispatch.
Full payment is required upon completion of emergency work.
We stand behind the quality of our work.
All labour is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion unless otherwise stated.
Materials and parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.
While we take every care to work safely and responsibly, we are not liable for pre-existing faults, structural issues, or problems arising from materials supplied by the customer.
Plumbing & Boilers London will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Customers must ensure that any valuable or fragile items are moved away from the work area before work begins.
You agree to provide our engineers with access to water, electricity, and the necessary areas to complete the work.
We will take reasonable care to protect your property but cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unavoidable access requirements (e.g., cutting into walls, floors, or ceilings to reach pipes).
We use high-quality, approved parts and materials for all installations and repairs.
Any materials supplied remain the property of Plumbing & Boilers London until payment is received in full.
Customers may supply their own materials, but we are not responsible for faults or delays caused by such items.
